Q: Who attends Celebrate Bush?
A: Everyone is welcome including parents and guardians, grandparents, alumni, and faculty and staff of The Bush School. This is 21+ only event.
Q: When and where is Celebrate Bush this year?
A: Celebrate Bush will take place on Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 5:30 - 11:00 p.m. at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel, 411 University Street, Seattle WA 98101
Q: Where can I park?
A: You can park in the Olympic Garage located at: 415 Seneca St, Seattle WA, 98101. Please consider ride share services or carpooling.
Q: When does the event start?
A:5:30pm in the Spanish Foyer.
Q: What is the RSVP deadline?

Q: What should I wear? The invitation says festive - what does this mean?

Q: When I register for the event, should I save my credit card info to be used for onsite purchases at the event?
A: Yes, this will save time at check-in. If you do not save your credit card when you register, we will swipe your card at check in.
Q: What does a ticket include?
A: A complimentary bar for the evening, passed hors d'oeuvres during the reception and a seated three-course gourmet dinner, complete with dessert, coffee and tea and table-side wine service for a delicious dining experience. Live music entertainment from the electrifying band Hit Explosion, and a dance party following the dinner and auction program!
Q: Who receives a complimentary ticket?
A: Complimentary tickets are available to The Bush School faculty and staff (plus one guest), parents/guardians of students receiving financial aid, and volunteers willing to help out during the event. If you would like to volunteer the evening of the event, please contact celebratebush@bush.edu to let us know and secure your complimentary ticket. If you receive financial aid, please look out for an email with instructions from Director of Enrollment Management, Adam Choice to register for your complimentary tickets. Please note, complimentary tickets are not available beyond Thursday, February 20. Please register by this date to secure your tickets.
Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Tickets are non-refundable. We understand plans change and if this happens you can change your ticket into a cash donation.
Q: What is online bidding and how do I register for it?
A: Online bidding is our virtual auction where you can bid on items from any location using a device including a smartphone, tablet or computer. Premium silent, silent, buy-ins and teacher experiences will be available through online bidding when the online auction opens. You can register for online bidding by clicking HERE.
Q: What if I plan to attend the event in person? Do I still need to sign up for online bidding?
A: Yes, and we recommend signing up for online bidding both for optimized check in at the event and so you can participate in bidding when the online auction opens on March 1.
